Description

Bluestrike FC Manganese Bronze is a premium, self-fluxing, low-fuming brazing rod engineered for highstrength workshop maintenance and repair. Featuring a built-in flux coating and exceptional transverse tensile strength, it eliminates the need for manual fluxing and is highly recommended for the dependable braze-welding of steel, cast iron, and malleable iron. This alloy is not recommended for joining copper pipes that transport hot water or seawater, as dezincification can compromise the alloy and cause joint failure. For these specific applications, Bluestrike Tobin Bronze or Bluestrike FC Tobin Bronze should be utilized to ensure maximum joint integrity.
