Returns & Warranty

Change of mind: return an unused item in its original, unopened packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return freight is at your cost.

Faulty items: all products carry the manufacturer’s Australian warranty. Contact us with your order number and a description of the fault and we will arrange assessment, repair, replacement or refund.

Australian Consumer Law: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
